x86/cpu/AMD: Remove the pointless detect_ht() call commit 44ca36de56d1bf196dca2eb67cd753a46961ffe6 upstream. Real 32bit AMD CPUs do not have SMT and the only value of the call was to reach the magic printout which got removed.
